Baked Brie

ingredients

  • Brie
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. pecans - chopped
  • 1 Tbsp whiskey or brandy
  • Apples
  • Grapes
  • Crackers

    Mix brown sugar and whiskey or brandy and pour over Brie. Cover and chill for one week.

    To serve:

    Place brie on pie plate and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour. Bake at 500 degrees for 4-5 minutes. Top with pecans and bake 2-3 minutes more or until sugar mixture melts. Serve with apples, grapes and crackers.
