Tex-Mex Dip
ingredients
- guacamole
- 1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 (3 1/2 oz.) cans chopped rip olives-drained
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans bean dip
- 1 large bunch of green onion tops (chopped)
- 3 medium tomatoes (cored, seeded, chopped)
- 1 (8oz.) package cheddar cheese
directions
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning in bowl. To assemble, spread bean dip pm a large platter (or 9 X 13 dish). Top with guacamole. spread another layer with the sour cream taco mix. Sprinkle with tomatoes, onions, and olives. Cover with shredded cheese. Serve at room temperature (or chilled) with round tortilla chips. Regular onion can be used instead of green onion.
