- Salami (or other Italian cold cuts)
- Sharp Provolone
- Roasted Red Peppers
- Marinated Mushrooms
- Marinated Artichoke Hearts
- Olives
- Grape tomatoes
- Lettuce
directions
You can use any combination of tasty tidbits, but the above are some of my favorites to use. Spread lettuce on the bottom of a large serving plate. Arrange the tasty tidbits on the bed of lettuce. Serve with vinaigrette on the side.
