Prawns Sambuca Flambe
ingredients
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1/2 c diced tomato
- 1 T minced garlic
- 1 tsp dried tarragon
- 1/4 c chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper
- 1 lb uncooked prawns (peeled)
- 1/2 c butter
- 1/4 c Sambuca
- Angel hair pasta
- 1/2 c white wine

Saute garlic, green onions and prawns in oil until prawns start to turn pink; drain some of the liquid from pan

Pour in Sambuca and ignite (stand back!)

Allow flame to die off and add wine, tomato, tarragon, salt, pepper and butter

Continue to cook until prawns are fully pink; meanwhile, boil pasta Serve prawns over pasta
