Flank Steak
Left overs great in beef salad
ingredients
- 2 green onions (scallions) cut up
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1/2 pepper
- 1/4 c. canola oil
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 t. ginger (minced)
- 1 Flank steak

notes
meat is better under done than over done. Heat up left over marinade in micrrowave for a minute and then place meat in it when I remove it from the grill and let it sit in marinade to rest for the 10 minutes.
