Spiced Up Chicken
ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts assorted marinades **see below
- Polynesian:
- 2/3 cup chicken stock
- 2 tbs minced ginger
- 2 tbs minced garlic
- 1/2 cup coconut syrup
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup crushed pineapple
- 2 tbs vegetable oil
- 2 tsp sugar
- Italian:
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbs oregano
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- 3 tbs olive oil
- Latin:
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- juice from 1 lime
- 1 tbs tequila
- Indian:
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbs coconut cream (optional)
- French:
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp pepper
- Asian:
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- 1 tbs chopped ginger
- 1 tbs chopped garlic
- 1 tbs brown sugar
- All-American:
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt

Marinate the 4 chicken breasts in the marinade of your choice for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

You can grill on the barbecue, bake at 350F or sauté on medium-high.
