Beef Stroganoff
ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c red wine
- 3 T flour, made into paste w/ water
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 t salt
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 8 oz pkg noodles
directions
In 2 quart glass casserole dish, combine beef, onion, and mushrooms. Cook on ROAST for 6 minutes or until beef is no longer pink. Add wine, flour paste, salt and pepper. Stir well. Mix in sour cream. Cover; cook on REHEAT for 10 minutes, or until hot. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
