Pineapple Banana Smoothie- 1 medium banana-sliced, wrapped in plastic wrap and frozen at least 2 hours
- 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 8 oz. vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup orange juice
- 16 oz. plain fat-free yogurt
- 2 ripe small bananas
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries or unsweetened frozen strawberries
- 1 cup fresh mixed berries or unsweetened frozen berries, such as raspberries, blueberries or blackberries
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grape juice or cranberry juice, chilled
- 1/2 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 medium banana, peeled, sliced and frozen
- 1 - 2 Tbs. sugar
- 1 Tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tsp. instant coffee crystals
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup small ice cubes or crushed ice
- 1 cup vanilla or chocolate ice cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 Tbs. peanut butter
directions
Choose a recipe from above. Place ingredients in blender, cover and puree until desired consistency.
