ingredients

Pineapple Banana Smoothie
  • 1 medium banana-sliced, wrapped in plastic wrap and frozen at least 2 hours
  • 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 8 oz. vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup orange juice
Berry Smoothie
  • 16 oz. plain fat-free yogurt
  • 2 ripe small bananas
  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries or unsweetened frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh mixed berries or unsweetened frozen berries, such as raspberries, blueberries or blackberries
Fruity Smoothie
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grape juice or cranberry juice, chilled
  • 1/2 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
Mocha Smoothie
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 medium banana, peeled, sliced and frozen
  • 1 - 2 Tbs. sugar
  • 1 Tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp. instant coffee crystals
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup small ice cubes or crushed ice
Peanut Butter Smoothie
  • 1 cup vanilla or chocolate ice cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 Tbs. peanut butter

directions

Choose a recipe from above. Place ingredients in blender, cover and puree until desired consistency.
