Miss Tracy's Macaroni & Cheese
ingredients
- 1 lb. box elbow noodles
- 1/2 small block sharp cheddar cheese, diced
- 1/2 small block Colby/Jack cheese, diced
- 1/2 small box Velveeta cheese, diced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1 tin foil pan (lasagna size)
- 3 cans evaporated milk
- salt, pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350°. Butter tin foil pan.

Cook noodles to desired softness and drain.

In tin foil pan, mix diced cheeses, 2 cans of evaporated milk, egg and salt and pepper. Add drained noodles. Mix and add more milk if necessary. (The noodles should move comfortably in cheese/milk mixture. Too much milk will make the noodles soft.)

Bake 20-30 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
