Dilled Shrimp
A nice change from shrimp cocktail.
ingredients
- 1 1/2 c light Hellman’s mayonnaise
- 1/3 c lemon juice
- 1/8 c sugar, optional
- 1/2 c reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 2 Tbl dill
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 lbs medium shrimp, cooked, peeled, tails let on
directions
In large bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, sour cream, onion, dill and salt. Stir in shrimp. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Stir well. Serve with wooden picks.
