Noodles Lorraine
ingredients
- 1 pk (8 oz) PA Dutch Egg Noodles
- 2 tbl butter
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 8 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled
- 2 cups diced Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Cook noodles according to package. Drain.

In a small saucepan, melt butter and cook onion until transparent.

In a large bowl, combine eggs, salt and nutmeg. Add noodles, butter and onion mixture, bacon and cheese.

Place in 2 qt casserole. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
