Sausage Wonton Wraps
ingredients
- 2 cups cooked crushed sausage
- 1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 small can sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup chopped red peppers
- 1 package Wontons

If wontons are large cut in quarters to fit mini muffin pans

Cook and drain sausage, combine with cheeses, dressing, olives and peppers

Lightly grease mini muffin tins
- 4
Place wonton in tins and brush with oil on inside of wraps

Bake 5 mins at 350 until brown

Let wraps cool

Fill with mixture and bake until bubbly - about 5 mins.

You can prepare the wonton wraps in advance and keep in container or zip lock bags - do not refrigerate. Then add the filling, bake and serve hot.
