ingredients
- 3 large or 4 small ice cubes (omit if using frozen fruit)
- 1 ripe banana, cut into thick slices
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, halved
- 1 cup vanilla, banana or strawberry low-fat yogurt
- 1 cup low fat milk
- 1 tbsp honey
directions
Place ingredients in a blender following the order listed. Blend at a medium0high speed until frothy.
