Goulash
ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb hamburger, diced onion, salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 handfuls of elbow macaroni
- Tomato Juice (1 large can)
- Mozzarella cheese
directions
Fry up hamburger and onion. Drain grease. Add elbow macaroni and enough tomato juice to cook macaroni. Simmer on Med/High heat until boiling then adjust heat - most of the tomato juice should be gone. Add mozzarella cheese. Cover on low until cheese melts. Let stand for five minutes.
