Layered Jell-O Salad
ingredients
- 1 sm. package of Jell-O in different flavors: blackberry, cherry, orange, lemon, lime, strawberry (my choice & order used)
- 1 pt. (lg.) sour cream

Dissolve 1 package Jell-O with 1 cup water. To 1/3 cup sour cream, add 1/2 cup Jello mixture. Pour this Jello/sour cream mixture in a 9 x 13 inch glass pan. Chill 20 minutes, making sure pan is level.

To remaining Jell-O, add 3 tablespoons cold water and pour over chilled and firm cream mixture. Chill 20 minutes. Repeat 5 more times alternating cloudy cream mixture with clear Jello mixture. It takes 4 to 5 hours but it’s easy when you can be home and just set your timer.

Recommend blackberry or black raspberry on bottom (not all stores carry these, can use another red flavor with blue food coloring added) with red on top.
