ingredients

  • 4 Slices of White Bread
  • 1/2 lb Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 lb Breakfast Sausage
  • 2 Cups Graded Jack Cheese
  • 2tsp Salt
  • 1/2tsp Paprika
  • 1sp Oregano
  • 1/2tsp Pepper
  • 1/4tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4tsp Dry Mustard
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups of milk

    Trim Crust off white bread, butter one side of each slice,place butter side down in dish, sprinkle 1/2lb grated cheddar cheese over bread.

    Cook 1lb sausage speinkle over cheese add 2cups grated jack cheese. Mix 6 beaten eggs and milk together add salt,paprika, oregano, pepper, garlic powder, dry mustard and pour over cheese. Refridgerate over night. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Can also add onions and mushrooms.
