Snowballs
ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup finely ground pecans
- 3 tablespoons confectioner’s sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- confectioner’s sugar to coat
directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix butter, vanilla, pecans, confectioner’s sugar and flour. Beat well. Form into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 15 to 30 minutes until cookies turn light brown. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes. Roll each cookie in confectioner’s sugar. When cool, roll again until well coated.
