Thai Salad
ingredients
- 1 cup Vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 pack Ramon Noodles(crushed)
- 1 cup Pecans
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Head Romaine Lettuce
- 4 green onions(chopped)
- 2 cups Broccoli
- Salt & Pepper to taste

To make the dressing mix vegetable oil, sugar, red wine vinegar, soy sauce and salt and pepper to taste.

Now in your salad bowl put your lettuce, green onions, and broccoli.

Now for the topping melt your butter then brown your noodles and pecans, let cool. The next step is mixing what you have in the salad bowl with the dressing and then add your topping and serve.
