Hot Chicken and Artichoke Spread
One of Brian’s favorites, this appetizer is great when served with corn chips or tortilla chips.
ingredients
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and
- chopped (14 oz.)
- 1 cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
- 1 cup grated Parmesean cheese’1 garlic
- clove, crushed
- dash of cayenne pepper
directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients together. Spoon into a greased 8x8 casserole dish. Bake until mixture is hot and bubbling, about 20 minutes.
