Blueberry Cream Cheese French Toast Casserole
ingredients
- 1 loaf Texas Toast or eggbread, cubed
- 1 8 oz. package of cream cheese, slightly softened
- Cinnamon
- 8 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 6 tbsp. butter, melted

Coat 13x9 inch baking pan with Pam. Layer one half of bread in bottom of pan. Cut cream cheese into cubes and sccater around bread. Layer blueberries over cream cheese. Cover with remaining bread. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon.

Mix remaining ingredients and pour over bread. Press down with spatula to help the bread absorb the mixture. Cover and chill overnight.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-50 minutes.
