Chips & Dips
All of the recipes are great served with tortilla chips!
ingredients
Salsa- 4 to 5 plum tomatoes, quartered and seeded
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 small jalapeƱo pepper, seeded and sliced
- 3 Tbs. lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 6 ripe avocados, peeled
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tbs. chopped fresh cilantro
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 16 oz. can black beans, drained
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 2 Tbs. lime juice
- 2 Tbs. cilantro
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- salt, pepper to taste

Salsa

Process all ingredients except cilantro in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Stir in cilantro. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
Guacamole
In a bowl, mash avocados leaving some chunky pieces. Stir in lime juice until well blended. Add remaining ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill 30 minutes.
Bean Dip
Add ingredients to food processor and blend until smooth. Cover and refrigerate.
