ingredients

  • • 500 gms Green chillies (Large)
  • • 1 Large onion
  • • 1 Large tomato
  • • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • • 1 tsp Ground coriande
  • • 2 tbsp Roasted cumin seeds
  • • 2 tbsp Roasted peanuts
  • • 2 tbsp Coconut grated
  • • 2 Garlic flakes
  • • 1 Ginger
  • • 1/2 Cup tamarind juice
  • • 3 Cups oil
  • • Salt to taste

    • Grind the roasted peanut, coconut and cumin seeds to make a powder.

    • Chop onions and tomatoes finely.

  • 3

    • Grind garlic and ginger to make a paste.

  • 4

    • Heat the oil and fry chilies and keep it aside.

  • 5

    • Now fry chopped onions and tomatoes.

  • 6

    • Add ginger garlic paste and fry it for 5 minutes.

  • 7

    • Now sprinkle tamarind juice and salt.

  • 8

    • Add this mixture to fried green chillies. Cook on low heat , simmer for 5-10 min
