Hyderabadi Mirch Ka Salan
ingredients
- • 500 gms Green chillies (Large)
- • 1 Large onion
- • 1 Large tomato
- • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- • 1 tsp Ground coriande
- • 2 tbsp Roasted cumin seeds
- • 2 tbsp Roasted peanuts
- • 2 tbsp Coconut grated
- • 2 Garlic flakes
- • 1 Ginger
- • 1/2 Cup tamarind juice
- • 3 Cups oil
- • Salt to taste

• Grind the roasted peanut, coconut and cumin seeds to make a powder.

• Chop onions and tomatoes finely.
- 3
• Grind garlic and ginger to make a paste.
- 4
• Heat the oil and fry chilies and keep it aside.
- 5
• Now fry chopped onions and tomatoes.
- 6
• Add ginger garlic paste and fry it for 5 minutes.
- 7
• Now sprinkle tamarind juice and salt.
- 8
• Add this mixture to fried green chillies. Cook on low heat , simmer for 5-10 min
