Cathy's Cheesy Potatoes
ingredients
- 1 bag frozen hash brown (Simply Potatoes)
- 1 - 8oz. container sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 c. cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Topping:
- 4 c. corn flakes
- 1/3 c. butter
directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir gently but mix well. Toss corn flakes in melted butter until coated and spread on top of mixture. Bake in a 9x13" pan at 350* for 1 hour.
