Tio Rudy's Fajitas
For my bridal shower, rather than petits four, I decided I wanted Tio Rudy to make his fajitas and serve Mexican food. This is his recipe.
ingredients
- Skirt Steak
- salt
- lemon pepper
- garlic powder
- Tony Chachere’s Cajun seasoning
- limes
- Worcestershire sauce (just a little bit)
- onions chopped

Place the meat in a Tupperware container. Poke the meat with a fork and add all of the ingredients to the meat. Make sure you get both sides.

Let the meat marinate overnight.

When you’re ready to cook, fire up the grill.
