ingredients

  • 8oz. Créme cheese
  • 8oz. Goat cheese
  • 3 Sticks soft butter
  • 1 Cup pesto
  • 1 Cup sun-dried tomatoes drained and chopped
Home-made Pesto
  • 4 1/2 Cups fresh basil
  • 1 1/2 Cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 Cup pine nuts
  • 5 Cloves garlic
  • 1 Tsp. salt
  • 4oz. (1 Cup) freshly grated Parmesan Cheese

directions

Beat créme cheese, goat cheese, and butter until fluffy. Place 1/3 cheese mixture into the bottom of a spring-form pan. Place 1/2 pesto over the cheese mixture. Repeat this one time. Cover with last portion of cheese mixture. Top with tomatoes. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour

Home-made Pesto

Puree all (except cheese) until smooth. Stir in Parmesan. Refrigerate or freeze
