Sharon's Italian Vinaigrette
ingredients
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 heaping T of diced red onion
- 2 t. minced garlic
- 1/4 t. dry mustard
- 1/2 t. dry oregano
- 1 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- prosciutto
- red onion
- calamata olives
- pepperoncinis
- gorgonzola cheese

Combine everything but oil.

Slowly whip in the olive oil...allow flavors to marry together overnight. Optimal flavor is reached after 48 hours of refrigeration.

Fry up prosciutto until crisp.

Crumble for salad. Add sliced red onion, calamata olives, pepperoncinis and gorgonzola cheese.
