Kammerman Fruit Salad
ingredients
- 2 14 oz cans pineapple tidbits
- 2 cans Mandarin Oranges
- 2 cans pears
- bunch of grapes
- 3 bananas
- 3 apples
- 1 rounded TB orange juice concentrate
- 1/2 C sugar
- 3 TB cornstarch
- 2 Tb lemon juice
- 1 pint whipping cream
- Pecan halves
directions
Combine orange and pineapple juice to make 1 1/4 C juice. Boil. Add sugar and cornstarch. boil until it clears. Add lemon juice. Cool overnight. Fold in sweetened whipping cream. Add to fruit.
