Sausage Penne Supper
ingredients
- 3/4 pound Italian Sausage
- 1 cup thinly slice red onion(optional)
- 1 red pepper thinly sliced
- 1 cup thinly sliced mushrooms
- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese

Brown sausage with onion, red pepper and mushrooms in a large skillet over med/high heat. Add uncooked penne pasta, beef broth, Italian seasoning, and beef broth. Simmer until pasta is tender(approx. 15 mins.) Add evaporated milk and cheddar cheese. Serve once all is blended together.

Serve with parmesan cheese.
