Jalapeño Wraps
Speaking from experience…. ALWAYS use rubber gloves when handling jalapeno peppers and then wash your hands with soap and water. I made the mistake of NOT using gloves and then touched my face, which then caused it to burn for the rest of the day.
ingredients
- 2 pkgs cream cheese, softened
- 1 whole jalapeno pepper
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 T black olives
- 1 T real mayonnaise
- 4 tortillas
directions

Mix first five ingredients in a food processor until well blended.

Divide and spread mixture evenly on tortillas and roll up.

Place them in the refrigerator over night and then cut in 3/4 inch slices using serrated knife or electric knife.
