Coconut Pie Crust
ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. coconut or nuts (or half and half)
directions
Mix together, bake 15 minutes at 400° in pie tin. Press into 9" pie pan and cool. Save 1/4 c. to sprinkle on top of filling: Ice cream, meringue or your choice.
