Breaded Chicken TendersJamie
These are not your normal chicken tenders. Breading chicken tenders with potato chips really kicks up the flavor. If you dare, try this with salt & pepper flavored potato chips. Yum!
- chicken breast, cut into 1-inch strips
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 6 oz. potato chips
- 3 T. milk
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 400°.
Dust chicken with flour, salt and pepper.
Put chips in a bag and crush them.
Wisk eggs & milk. Dunk chicken in egg mixture, then coat with crushed chips.
Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes on each side.
