MY FAVORITE OLIVE MIX
THIS COMBINATION IS GREAT, I HAVE OFTEN GIVEN THESE AS A HOSTESS GIFT WITH A PRETTY DISH AND OLIVE SPOON
ingredients
- GRATED ZEST OF 1/2 ORANGES AND 1/2 LEMON
- 2 CLOVES OF GARLIC MINCED
- 1/4 CUP CHOPPED PARSLEY
- 1-2 TBS. FRESH CHOPPED ROSEMARY
- 2 TSP. CHOPPED FRESH OREGANO
- 1 TSP CHOPPED AND PEELED FRESH GINGER
- 1/2 TSP FENNEL SEEDS
- 1/4 -1/2 TSP. CRUSHED RED PEPPER FLAKES
- 1 TSP. SALT FRESHLY GOUND PEPPER
- 4 CUPS OF ASSORTED OLIVES
- OLIVE OIL TO COVER

PROCESS THE ZESTS, GARLIC, PARSLEY,ROSEMARY, OREGANO, GINGER, FENNEL SEEDS, RED PEPPER FLAKES AND SALT AND PEPPER.PULSE TO FORM A CHUNKEY PASTE. PLACE IN A GLASS JAR AND COVER WWITH OLIVE OIL. STORE IN REFRIGERATOR FOR UP TO A MONTH. USE A SLOTTED SPOON TO TRANSFER OLIVES TO A BOWL AND SERVE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
