Vegetarian Chili
I like to ramp up the heat on this until nobody else will eat it and I can have it to myself.
ingredients
- 1 can dark red kidney beans
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 large can crushed tomatoes
- 5 jalapenos thinly sliced
- 1 white onion
- 1 medium green pepper
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- fresh sharp cheddar cheese & sour cream for garnish
directions
Put it all together. Let it cook all day. Add one good beer near the end if wanted. Serve with a dollop of sour cream, covered with sharp cheddar cheese, and plenty of Zesta saltine crackers!
