Liz Godfrey's Apple Crunch
ingredients
- 5-6 Large Granny Smith Apples
- Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup oats
directions
Cut apples into slices and place in the bottom of an 8 1/2 x 11 pan, coat apples with a little lemon juice. Cut butter into flour, brown sugar and oats until crumbly. Pour the dry mixture over the apples and bake at 350°F for 40 minutes or until light brown. Serve warm with ice cream or whip cream.
