Sour Cream of Mushroom Soup
I don’t even like mushrooms, but I love this soup!
ingredients
- 1 lb buttom mushrooms
- 1 sm onion, coarsely chopped
- 4 T butter
- 2 c chicken broth
- 1/4 c Marsala wine
- 4 T flour
- 6 T butter
- 1 1/2 c half and half
- 1 c sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste

You can substitute the chicken broth for vegtable broth to make this soup vegetarian.
