Janice Cheatham's Cheese Ball

Use with all types of crackers!

ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 8 oz grated cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c chopped onion
  • 1/2 c bacon bits
  • 1/2 c black olives, chopped
  • 1 tsp celery seed
  • 1 tsp dill weed
  • 3/4 c sweet pickle relish
  • ground pecans

directions

Mix all ingredients together well, except pecans. Shape into balls or rolls and roll in the ground pecans. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate until ready to use. Best to refrigerate overnight for the flavors to mix well.
