Guacamole
ingredients
- 2 large ripe Hess avocados
- 1 lime, juice of
- 3 four ounce cans of peeled, green chilies chopped
- 2 tablespoons of finely minced onion
- 1 large ripe tomato, peeled, seeded, juiced and finely chopped
- 3 sprigs of fresh cilantro,chopped
- 10 drops of Tabasco sauce
- salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Serve with tortilla chips or raw vegetables as a first course or serve as a condiment to grilled chicken grilled steak fajitas. This recipe originated from California. I have used it for years.
