Sue's Blackbean Salsa
ingredients
- 2 cups canned corn drained,(not cream corn)
- 3 15 ounce cans cooked black beans (rinsed and drained)
- 1 red bell pepper finely diced
- 1 red onion finely chopped
- 1 small can of chopped jalapenos
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- 1 bunch of cilantro finely chopped
- 1 lime (juice of )
- 1 teaspoon to tablespoon of salt (according to taste)
- 1/2 tablespoon of fresh ground pepper
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 tablespoons of red wine vinegar

1. Mix all of the ingredients together.

2. Chill covered in the refrigerator for one to twenty hours.
