Chocolate Chip Crunch Cookies
excellent! Recipe from one of Grammy’s books, the Chocolate Chip mystery.
ingredients
- 1 cup butter melted
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 2 t vanilla
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
- 1-2 cups chocolate chips
directions

Preheat oven to 375, in middle rack.

Melt butter, add sugar and stir. Add soda, salt, vanilla and eggs. Mix well. Add flour then flakes and finally chips mixing well in between each.

Form balls and create hash marks on them. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool on a rack.
