Pecan Pie
Good. Really, really good. ’Nuff said. And, yes, Kyle, this is the same recipe I burned so badly one Thanksgiving.
ingredients
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1 9" unbaked pie shell
directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Stir together all but eggs and pecans. Add eggs. Pour into 9" unbaked pie shell. Top with pecans.

Bake 45 minutes or till knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes clean.
