Broccoli, Bacon and Raisin Salad

Crunchy salad

ingredients

  • 2 heads of broccoli cut into bit sizes
  • 1 # of bacon, cooked and diced
  • 1/2 C raisins
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped
  • 1 C cashews, chopped and added before serving
  • Dressing:
  • 1 C mayo
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 2 T vinegar

directions

Place broccoli, bacon, raisins, and onions in a large bowl. Mix the dressing ingredients together and pour over the above ingredients. Refrigerate overnight or for 8 hours. Before serving add the cashews.
