Jill's Swiss Cheese Fondue
ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1c. white wine
- 1t. lemon juice
- 250 grams grated gruyere
- 250 grams grated emmentaller
- 2t. cornflour
- 2T. kirsch
- pepper
directions
Melt slowly. Ensure that fondue is boiling for 2 minutes before serving to cook cornflour.
