5 minute Cream Pie
Another low calorie treat which is very versatile to the seasons or your tastes. Couldn’t help but to put a big O H I O somewhere in this book!
ingredients
- 1/4 cup Hot Water
- 1 4 oz package of sugar free jello (any flavor, we use key lime or strawberry)
- 2 fat free 6 oz containers of yogurt (same flavor as jello)
- 1 tub 8oz of frozen reduced-fat non dairy whipped topping-thawed
- 1 Graham Cracker Reduced Fat Pie Crust
directions
In large bowl, whisk together the hot water and jello until dissolved. Add in yogurt and mix. Fold in whipped topping. Carefully spread into crust and refrigerate until set.
notes
Too make this a little more healthy,add chopped fruit, the same as the flavor. So for strawberry jello add 1/2 cup chopped strawberries. Works great for peach too!
