Kielbasa Pizza with Black Olives, Artichoke Hearts, and Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Delicious pizza like the one that I made for Daniel the first time I cooked for him!
ingredients
- 1 package skinless Polish kielbasa, sliced (or turkey pepperoni, or whatever you want)
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 1 Boboli pizza crust
- 2 C mozzarella cheese
- 3 oz sun-dried tomatoes (wet or dry)
- 8 oz feta
- 6.5 oz black olives, chopped
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 T minced garlic, browned
- 4 oz artichoke hearts, drained
directions
- 1
Lightly brown the meat in a skillet if required. Combine mixed garlic with tomato sauce. Assemble pizza and bake for 15-20 minutes at 350.

Tips: it may be helpful to cook the red onions before you put them on for a milder taste. Try sauteing them or just microwaving them. You can also use fresh tomatoe slices instead of sun-dried tomatoes.
notes
I made something like this for Daniel when we first met. It is really delicious, and very easy. Don't tell people that you didn't make the crust. Sometimes, you can buy raw crusts from local pizza places to make you look good for guests. Easy!
