Swiss Chard

ingredients
- 1 Tbl olive oil
- 1 medium onion
- 1 bunch swiss chard washed
- ribs removed chopped
- leaves stacked and cut 1/2 in
- 2 Tbl water
- 1/4 cup golden rasins
- 1/2 cup green pimento olives sliced
- 1/2 Lemon
- Salt & Pepper taste

Heat oil in dutch oven medium heat.

Addd onion saute 2 minutes add chard stems saute 5 minutes.

Add chard leaves and water. Stir in rasins and olives. Cover, low the heat, steam 5 minutes. Liquid should be mostly evaporated if not turn up heat & cook a little longer. Taste, season salt & pepper squeeze lemon.
