Shelley's Chicken Fajitas
ingredients
Fajitas:- tortillas
- 1 lb. chicken
- 1 packet fajita seasoning
- bell peppers
- onions
- 1-3 cloves garlic
- salt pepper
- cumin
- 2 large ziplock baggies (1 for chicken & 1 for veggies)
- salsa
- guacamole
- shredded cheese
- sour cream
- queso
- tomatoes
- avocado
- jalapenos

Marinate chicken according to directions on fajita seasoning packet (probably requires olive oil & water) in big ziplock baggie

Cut up bell peppers and onions into thin slices and place in large ziplock baggie

Finely chop desired amount of garlic into large ziplock baggie

Coat bell peppers, onions, and garlic with olive oil
- 5
Season vegetables with desired amount of salt, pepper, and cumin
- 6
Start grilling vegetables first (they will probably take longer than the chicken)

Grill chicken until done
- 8
Slice chicken into bite sized pieces for fajitas
- 9
Assemble fajitas to your liking!
