• 1/2 t baking powder
• 1/2 t baking soda
• 1/4 t Kosher salt
• 1/2 c butter, softened
• 1/2 c Nutella
• 1/2 c sugar
• 1/2 c brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 t vanilla
• 3/4 c hazelnuts, chopped and toasted
