Breakfast Casserole with Grits
A quick and easy breakfast favorite.
ingredients
- 1 sausage log (Original)
- 1 package of Sharp Cheddar (shredded)
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 cup Quick Grits

Preheat oven to 350°.
- 2
Cook 1/2 grits in 2 cups of water with 1/2 tsp. of regular salt. Follow cooking direction on the container of grits. Once finished, set aside.

Brown and drain sausage. Set aside.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into an ungreased 9 x 13 dish and bake for 50 - 60 minutes.
