New York Cheesecake
ingredients
- 1 lb cream cheese
- 1 lb cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 3 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 stick butter, melted and cooled
- 1 pint sour cream
directions
Filling:

Cream first 2 cheeses until creamy. Then add everything else and beat. Pour into spring-form pan and bake at 325 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Turn off oven and leave cake in for another 2 hours without opening oven.

Remove from oven and chill. Keep in pan until ready to serve, then remove.
Crust:
- 1
1/3 c melted butter
- 2
1 tbsp sugar
- 3
1 package graham crackers
- 4
Combine and press firmly into pan
