TOM & JERRY BATTER
COCKTAILS
ingredients
- 6 eggs separated
- 2 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar split
- Bourbon whiskey
- Rum
- Brandy
- Boiling water
- Nutmeg

Beat whites until dry and very stiff

Slowly add 1 1/4 cups sugar

In a separate bowl, beat egg yolks until very light and add 1 1/4 sugar

Fold egg white mixture into egg yolk mixture

To 2 oz bourbon or rum and brandy in a mug, add boiling water

Float batter on top

Sprinkle with nutmeg
